This Policy explains how RoLegacy processes information when you use its website, APIs, launcher, clients, games, catalog, messaging, and related services.

1. Information you provide

We may process your username, password for authentication, gender selection, account settings, profile, avatar, inventory, membership, badges, friendships, presence, and content you submit such as games, assets, images, descriptions, messages, statuses, and reports. We may also process information in support, account deletion, and other account requests. Passwords should only be entered into the normal sign-in or recovery flow.

2. Automatic and security information

Requests may include your IP address, date and time, user-agent or client version, endpoint, response status, session identifiers, and error or security logs. We use this information for authentication, rate limiting, fraud and abuse prevention, troubleshooting, compatibility, reliability, and security. Sign-up and sign-in use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process device and network signals to detect automated abuse under Cloudflare's own privacy documentation.

3. How we use information

We use information to maintain accounts and sessions; provide games, avatar, catalog, membership, badge, inventory, economy, messaging, and social features; deliver downloads and connect clients to games; store and moderate user content; investigate reports; prevent abuse; diagnose errors; improve compatibility; and meet legal or safety obligations.

4. Cookies and sharing

Essential cookies or browser storage keep you signed in, maintain sessions, protect account actions, and remember required preferences. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share the minimum needed with hosting, database, CDN, logging, security, CAPTCHA, and other operational providers, or when legally required or necessary to protect users and the Service.

5. Retention, security, and your choices

We retain information as reasonably necessary for account operation, moderation, security, backups, disputes, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service guarantees absolute security. You may review or change available account information and request access, correction, or deletion through the account deletion or support tools. Some information may need to remain for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

6. Children, third parties, and updates

RoLegacy is not intended to collect more information from children than needed to provide the Service. Contact support if you believe information was provided improperly. Linked or integrated services have separate practices. We may update this Policy as the Service changes and will post the revised effective date.
