Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RoLegacy, including its website, APIs, launcher, clients, games, catalog, avatar systems, messaging, virtual economy, and related services (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for activity on your account. Do not impersonate others, share credentials, or create accounts to evade restrictions.

2. Community rules

Use RoLegacy lawfully and respectfully. You may not harass, threaten, discriminate against, sexually solicit, scam, phish, steal accounts, cheat, exploit, upload illegal or harmful content, evade security controls, abuse messaging or reports, or use automated tools to overload or probe the Service without permission.

3. User content and moderation

You retain ownership of content you submit, including games, assets, images, descriptions, messages, profile text, and statuses. You grant RoLegacy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the Service. You must have the rights needed to submit it. We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the community.

4. Virtual items and memberships

Robux, Tix, memberships, badges, avatar items, and other digital benefits are features of RoLegacy, not real currency or investments, and have no cash value unless expressly stated. We may correct balances, ownership, or benefits to address errors, fraud, or abuse.

5. Availability and termination

The Service may change, contain errors, or become unavailable. RoLegacy is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate access for safety, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

6. Changes and legal rights

We may update these Terms as the Service changes and will post a new effective date. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Use the support and account tools provided by RoLegacy for account, content, moderation, or privacy requests.
